To insure your complete satisfaction with any ebeadz item, we will accept returns on any unused jewelry purchase made on our website.
The unused jewelry item must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date. A refund will be given in the same form that the item was purchased (such as credit card purchase, credit card refund). A refund will be given for the purchase price of the jewelry item only.
A refund will not be given on any shipping (with insurance) fees purchased during the checkout process or any shipping (and insurance) fees you may incur to return an unused jewelry purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Any used jewelry items.
- Any jewelry item not in the exact condition as when it was purchased.
- Personal damages, such as scratches, dents and chips.
- Any jewelry items after 10 days of the purchase date.

- We will then provide you with an address to return your unused jewelry item.
- For your protection, be sure to return the jewelry item in an insured and registered package (along with a copy of your purchase receipt) to guarantee its safe arrival.
There is no restocking fee for returned unused jewelry items.
